Dr. Richard Armstrong has 31 years of experience in Chiropractic Medicine. He is a Cum Laude graduate of National College of Chiropractic where he received the J. Janse Award while completing his Chiropractic degree then proceeded to pursue further education as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician through Logan College of Chiropractic.
He is board certified by both the National and North Carolina Boards of Chiropractic Examiners and has twice been recognized for his service and clinical skills as the North Carolina Chiropractor of the Year. Additionally, Dr. Armstrong is a Yale Fellow, published author, speaker, consultant, and has served as the President of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association, of which he continues to be an active member.
Dr. Armstrong has advanced training in Active Release Technique (ART), whiplash injuries, extremity orthopedics, orthopedic radiology, physical impairment rating, lumbar and cervical discogenic/nondiscogenic conditions, ProAdjuster technology, sports injuries, motor vechile accidents, headaches, and more.
